Penguin's Portrait

This is my take on the character known by Penguin from the Batman’s series. The original character was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. I felt I wanted to make dark portrait of this character. He is depicted being short, fat and for having a pointing nose. He runs the nightclub called Iceberg lounge Club, which covers the criminal activity.
